对中国对虾13个家系分别投喂毒饵,使其感染白斑综合征病毒(white spot syndrome virus,WSSV),测定个体的体长、全长和体重,记录存活时间,计算各家系的存活率。χ2检验比较家系间存活率差异。SPSS11.5软件计算相关系数。采用通径分析的方法,计算以体长、全长和体重为自变量对以存活时间做因变量的通径系数和决定系数。通过对相关系数的分解,剖析各家系形态性状对存活时间的直接作用和间接影响。结果显示,家系间存活率差异显著(P<0.05)。各家系体长、全长和体重的表型相关均达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。形态性状与存活时间的相关表现为不同程度的正相关或负相关。通径分析表明,家系间体长、全长和体重对存活时间的直接影响(通径系数)和间接影响差异较大。各家系的决定系数均小于0.85,说明体长、全长和体重均不是影响各家系对虾感染WSSV存活时间的主要相关性状。研究表明,通径分析可揭示多元分析中多个自变量和因变量的真实关系,为家系选育及家系内选育高抗病力对虾提供依据。
Thirteen pedigrees of Penaeus chinensis were fed bait to infect white spot syndrome virus (WSSV). The body length, length and body weight were measured. Survival rate of each line was recorded. χ2 test to compare the differences in survival rates among families. SPSS 11.5 software calculates the correlation coefficient. The method of path analysis was used to calculate the path coefficient and the determination coefficient of the dependent variable of survival time taking body length, full length and body weight as independent variables. Through the decomposition of the correlation coefficient, the direct and indirect effects of morphological traits of each family on the survival time were analyzed. The results showed that there was a significant difference in survival rates among families (P <0.05). The correlations of body length, body length and body weight all reached the significant level (P <0.01). Morphological traits and survival time related to the performance of different degrees of positive or negative correlation. Path analysis showed that the direct effects (path coefficient) and indirect effects of body length, full length and body weight on survival time were significantly different among families. The coefficient of determination of each family was less than 0.85, indicating that body length, full length and body weight were not the main related traits that affected the survival time of WSSV in each family. Studies have shown that path analysis can reveal the true relationship between multiple independent variables and dependent variables in multivariate analysis, and provide the basis for selection of pedigree and breeding of high disease resistance shrimp in pedigree.
