本文主要报道电刺激胸脊髓和孤束核对PVH单位的效应。用大鼠105只,尿酯麻醉,以玻璃微电极记录PVH单位放电,电刺激脊髓和孤束核观察其对PVH单位的效应。实验共记录了1365个PVH单位,其中对电刺激脊髓反应单位67个,对电刺澈孤束核反应的单位42个。电刺激脊髓可使PVH单位出现易化反应、兴奋反应、先兴奋后抑制和先抑制后兴奋反应以及抑制反应。本文就上述结果讨论了以下的可能性。(1)脊髓向PVH投射多数是多突触的,少数是少突触甚至是单突触的。并且脊髓向上投射可能存在快、慢两个途径。(2)孤束核头端到PVH的上传有多突触途径。
This article mainly reports the electrical stimulation of thoracic spinal cord and solitary tract nucleus effects on PVH units. 105 rats were anesthetized with urethane anesthesia, PVH units were recorded by glass microelectrode discharge, electrical stimulation of the spinal cord and solitary tract nucleus to observe the effect of PVH units. A total of 1365 PVH units were recorded, of which 67 were electrical stimulation of spinal cord response units and 42 were electrical stimulation of solitary nuclear responses. Electrical stimulation of the spinal cord can make PVH units prone to reaction, excitement reaction, after the first excitement inhibition and inhibition after the first excitement reaction and inhibition of response. This article discusses the following possibilities for the above results. (1) Most of the projections of the spinal cord to PVH are poly synaptic and few are synaptic or even monosynaptic. And spinal cord upward projection may exist fast and slow pathways. (2) How the synaptic pathway is uploaded from the nucleus of the solitary tract to the PVH.
