高中英语课本第一册末尾安排了四篇补充读物,虽称Supplementary,实则也是教学内容的一个组成部分,应得到充分的重视。有不少学校反映:“我们要把所有课文全部讲完已经很不容易了,必要时还得增加课时,占用假期,哪还有余力搞补充材料呢?”所以大多数学校实际上就把阅读材料打入另册,并没过问。其实,对于阅读材料,我们仅是在处理的方式上,安排的时间上以及掌握的程度和要求上与课文不相同。课文是传授语言知识和训练听说读写能力的综合材料。课文教学除讲解外,更重要的是进行朗读、背诵、口
At the end of the first volume of the high school English textbook, four supplemental books were arranged. Although Supplementary, it is actually an integral part of the teaching content and deserves full attention. Many schools reflect: “It is not easy for us to finish all the texts. If necessary, we have to increase class hours and take up vacations. Where do we have spare capacity for supplementary materials?” so most schools actually read them. The material was entered into a separate book and was not questioned. In fact, for reading materials, we are only dealing with different methods, scheduling time, and the degree and requirements of the mastery. The text is a comprehensive material for imparting language knowledge and training for listening, speaking, reading and writing. In addition to explaining the text teaching, it is more important to read, recite, and dictate.
