随着社会的发展,企业之间的竞争日趋白热化,知识经济的兴起和人力资源观念的树立都需要人才测评技术,以增强决策的科学性。人才测评是现代人力资源开发与管理的基础性关键技术。近些年来,我国进行了高等教育的改革,各大高校也进行了扩大招生,而高校毕业人数不断增加,高校毕业生的就业问题也成为大家关注的热点。本文通过对人才测评和职业生涯关系的研究,为高校提供将人才测评和职业生涯适当结合的有效途径。
With the development of society, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more intense. The rise of knowledge-based economy and the establishment of human resource concepts all require the talent evaluation technology to enhance the scientific decision-making. Talent evaluation is the basic key technology of modern human resources development and management. In recent years, the reform of higher education in our country has been carried out. Major universities also enlarging their enrollment, while the graduates in colleges and universities have been increasing continuously. The employment of college graduates has also become a hot issue everyone is concerned about. Through the research on the relationship between talent evaluation and career, this paper provides an effective way for universities to combine talent assessment and career appropriately.
