随着网络技术和应用的发展,我国网络舆情特征也相应发生了较大的变化。微博、微信、社交网络的传播和交互机制使得微内容、自媒体成为网络舆情的主阵地。在这种新环境下,由于信息分发节点众多且新技术应用的监督管理难度大,因此基于新技术应用的网络舆情管理也成为政府舆论管理职能需要研究的新课题。
With the development of network technology and application, the characteristics of internet public opinion in our country have undergone great changes accordingly. Microblogging, WeChat, social network communication and interaction mechanism makes micro-content, since the media has become the main front of the network of public opinion. Under such a new environment, due to the large number of information distribution nodes and the difficulty in supervising and managing the application of new technologies, online public opinion management based on the application of new technologies has also become a new topic that needs to be studied in the government’s public opinion management functions.
