试验以常规贮藏8个月的6个品种草坪草种子为材料,采用幼苗生长测定、电导率测定、加速老化试验、模拟田间出苗率测定等4种方法测定种子活力。结果表明,不同品种草坪草种子活力存在显著差异,幼苗生长测定和加速老化试验的发芽率、简化活力指数均与模拟田间出苗率存在极显著正相关。研究认为,幼苗生长测定和加速老化试验,均是草坪草种子活力测定的较好方法。
Six varieties of turfgrass seeds, which were routinely stored for 8 months, were used as materials. The seed vigor was measured by four methods: seedling growth determination, conductivity measurement, accelerated aging test and simulation field seedling emergence rate. The results showed that the seed vigor of turfgrass was significantly different. The germination rate and the simplified vigor index of seedling growth and accelerated aging test were significantly and positively correlated with the seedling emergence rate in simulated field. The study suggests that the determination of seedling growth and accelerated aging tests are better methods for the determination of turfgrass seed vigor.
