天兴洲是武汉市郊的江心岛,1977年成为血吸虫病疫区,本文对该岛的形成及血吸虫病发生发展状况进行探索,证明该岛是由于江水“横向环流”形成“河心滩”衍化而来,血吸虫病疫源是邻近的有螺河道钉螺扩散及疫区居民迁入天兴洲而致。分析血吸虫病流行因素后,发现地形、地貌、植被及水位泥沙变化等地理因素对血吸虫病流行有一定影响。三峡大坝修建后,河道动态变化对血吸虫病传播的影响也作了初步预测。
Tianxingzhou is the heart of Jiangxin Island in the outskirts of Wuhan. In 1977, it became an endemic area of schistosomiasis. This paper explores the formation of the island and the occurrence and development of schistosomiasis. It is proved that the island is formed by the “river circulation” However, the source of schistosomiasis is the spread of snails near the snail and the immigrants from affected areas to Tianxingzhou. After analyzing the epidemic factors of schistosomiasis, it was found that geographic factors such as topography, physiognomy, vegetation and water level sediment change have certain influence on the prevalence of schistosomiasis. After the construction of the Three Gorges Dam, the influence of the dynamic changes of the river channel on the transmission of schistosomiasis has also been preliminarily predicted.
