对单侧特发性主观性耳鸣54例作了A B R检查。全部受试者听力正常或为双耳对称性感觉神经性听力损失,凡有中耳或内耳病者除外。受试者掩蔽后耳呜消失(或至少衰减)者归A+组;耳鸣无变化者归A-组。于掩蔽前及掩蔽后各作一次A B R记录。观察:①Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波的出现率;②Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波的潜伏期;③波间潜伏期(Ⅲ-Ⅰ,Ⅴ-Ⅲ,Ⅴ-Ⅰ);④振幅比(Ⅰ/Ⅴ,Ⅲ/Ⅴ)。[结果]A+组(34例):掩蔽后耳鸣耳的Ⅰ、Ⅲ波出现率较掩蔽前提高。掩蔽前耳鸣耳的波Ⅰ潜伏期较对侧(无耳鸣耳)延长(P<0.005),
54 cases of unilateral idiopathic subjective tinnitus A B R examination. All subjects had normal hearing or binaural symmetry with sensory neurological hearing loss, except for those with middle or inner ear disease. Subjects masked auricular disappeared (or at least attenuation) were A + group; no change in tinnitus those who belong to the A-group. A B R record before and after masking. The incidences of Ⅰ, Ⅲ and Ⅴ waves were observed. ② The latency of waves Ⅰ, Ⅲ and Ⅴ; ③ The latency between waves Ⅲ-Ⅰ, Ⅴ-Ⅲ, Ⅴ-Ⅰ; ④ The amplitude ratio Ⅰ / Ⅴ, Ⅲ / Ⅴ ). [Results] In the A + group (34 cases), the occurrence rates of Ⅰ and Ⅲ waves in the ears after masking were higher than those before masking. The latency of wave Ⅰ in masked tinnitus ears was longer than that in contralateral (non-tinnitus) ears (P <0.005)
