试验过程表明含5.5%7i—1.1%B的中间合金对四种铝合金有良好细化作用。 鋁的鑄造工序存在变化很寬的一些个別問題,也存在着可以通过总的途徑来改善的一些极相似的問題。軋制、鍛造和挤压用鑄錠,可用連續或半連續直接水冷鑄造法来提高生产率。虽然,直接水冷能使晶粒組織和成分均布得到改善,但还有些問題值得注意。加入合适的中間合金可使鋁合金晶粒細化,从而使合金得到进一步改善。
The test shows that the master alloy containing 5.5% 7i-1.1% B has a good refining effect on the four aluminum alloys. There are a few individual problems that vary widely in the casting process for aluminum and there are some very similar problems that can be ameliorated through the general approach. Rolling, forging and extrusion ingot, continuous or semi-continuous direct water-cooled casting method to improve productivity. Although direct water cooling allows uniform grain structure and composition to be improved, some issues are noteworthy. Addition of a suitable master alloy can refine the grain of the aluminum alloy and further improve the alloy.
