高中新课程改革的实质是一种课程制度的变迁,这种课程制度的变迁与其他制度变迁一样也受到“路径依赖”的影响,即受到“观念、机制、主体”三个方面依赖的影响。因而,在课程改革的实践活动中会产生教学思想和教学行为方面的价值冲突。加强学习培训,转变观念认识;改革评价体系,健全评价机制;制定有效方案,完善保障措施应是实现超越“课改路径依赖”的关键。
The essence of the new curriculum reform in high school is a change in the curriculum system.
