目的分析门诊药房产生药患纠纷的原因,有针对性地提出预防措施,提升药房服务质量。方法归纳三年来门诊药房药患纠纷产生的原因,从环境、医师、药师、药品、及其他五个方面提出可采取的防范措施。结果及结论改善患者就医条件,优化药师工作环境,规范医师诊疗行为,提高药师药学服务能力是减少药患纠纷的有效措施。
Objective To analyze the causes of drug disputes arising from outpatient pharmacies, put forward preventive measures in a targeted manner and improve the quality of pharmacy services. Methods Summarize the causes of drug dispute in outpatient pharmacy in the past three years, and put forward the precautionary measures which can be taken from environment, physician, pharmacist, medicine and other five aspects. Results and Conclusion It is an effective measure to reduce the disputes between doctors and patients by improving the medical condition of the patients, optimizing the work environment of the pharmacists, standardizing the diagnosis and treatment of physicians, and improving the pharmacological service ability of pharmacists.
