我国近几年来各地不时发生食品安全事件,不仅引发了公众对食品安全问题的忧虑和恐慌,而且对于社会的和谐与安定造成了一定的威胁。文章重点关注了流通环节的食品安全监管问题,从阐述我国流通环节现行的食品安全监管模式、内容及方式入手,分析了现阶段我国食品生产与流通经营者的特殊性,探讨了流通环节食品安全监管中存在的问题,并提出了强化我国流通环节食品安全监管的应对措施。
