采用甜瓜蔓枯病病菌孢子悬浮液对208份甜瓜种质资源进行苗期人工接种鉴定,发现86份材料表现抗病,122份材料表现感病。用RAPD标记对抗性表现最优的29份材料进行分析,14个引物共扩增出116条多态性条带,平均每个引物为8.29条。Shannon多样性指数和Nei’s基因多样性指数分别为0.4331和0.2855,表明这些抗源材料遗传差异较大。UPGMA聚类分析将这29份抗性种质明显划为普通型和野生型两大类,种质问还表现出一定的地域特性。
208 seedlings of muskmelon germplasm were inoculated by spore suspension of M. meliloti, and 86 were found to be disease-resistant and 122 were susceptible. A total of 29 polymorphic bands were amplified with 14 primers using the RAPD marker. The average number of primers per primer was 8.29. The Shannon diversity index and Nei’s gene diversity index were 0.4331 and 0.2855, respectively, indicating that these anti-source materials have large genetic differences. According to UPGMA cluster analysis, the 29 resistant germplasms were clearly divided into two types, common and wild, and the germplasm also showed some regional characteristics.
