应用93洁手灵消毒液对工作状态下的医务人员手消毒两遍，每次1min，自然菌平均清除率为99．8％。按照国家卫生部的标准，Ⅲ类环境下，医务人员手带菌≥10cfu／cm2，Ⅰ、Ⅱ类环境下≤5cfu／cm2，合格率分别达100％和98％。依上法，对肥皂洗手和刷手的术者手进行消毒，自然菌平均清除率达99．5％和99．3％。试验证明，93洁手灵消毒液消毒效果强，持续消毒效果好，对皮肤无刺激。
