对大功率电弧炉冶炼过程进行建模与分析,能够为大功率电弧炉的冶炼和工艺操作提供理论基础。本文将大功率电弧率的冶炼过程分为四个阶段,对不同阶段消耗的能量进行计算,并对电弧炉中总的损耗能量和输入能量进行计算。从而实现了大功率电弧炉冶炼过程的准确建模。为大功率电弧炉的冶炼操作提供了准确的理论基础。
The modeling and analysis of high-power electric arc furnace smelting process can provide theoretical basis for smelting and process operation of high-power electric arc furnace. In this paper, the smelting process of high-power arc rate is divided into four stages, the energy consumed in different stages is calculated, and the total energy loss and input energy in the EAF are calculated. In order to achieve the high-power electric arc furnace smelting process accurate modeling. It provides an accurate theoretical basis for the smelting operation of high power electric arc furnace.
