在论述抗车辙剂作用机理的基础上,进行了抗车辙沥青混凝土基于GTM方法的材料设计;以动稳定度作为重点控制指标,同时结合造价考虑,通过性价比计算,确定最佳抗车辙剂用量为沥青用量的0.45%;通过对比分析表明:在相同级配及油石比下,0.45%掺量的AC-16C抗车辙沥青混合料的高温性能、低温性能及水稳定性能均优于AC-16C普通沥青混合料;结合实体工程,总结了抗车辙沥青混合料施工工艺的关键控制点。
Based on the discussion of the mechanism of anti-rutting agent, the material design of anti-rut asphalt concrete based on GTM method was carried out. The dynamic stability was taken as the key control index. At the same time, considering the cost, 0.45% of the amount of asphalt; comparative analysis showed that: 0.45% of the amount of AC-16C anti-rutted asphalt mixture with the same grading and the ratio of oil to rock under high temperature performance, low temperature performance and water stability are better than AC-16C Asphalt mixture; combined with physical engineering, summed up the rutting asphalt mixture construction process of the key control points.
