上海10所医院1970～1979年非动脉粥样硬化性急性心肌梗塞(NAMI)共11例,占急性心肌梗塞总发病数1,544例的0.71％,8例在40岁以下,占该年龄组急性心肌梗塞总发病数19例的42.1％。本文将瑞金医院1970～1982年8例作了较为详细的介绍,并根据Cheithin分类法对病因作了分析与讨论。
A total of 11 patients with non-atherosclerotic acute myocardial infarction (NAMI) in 10 hospitals in Shanghai from 1970 to 1979 accounted for 0.71% of the total number of acute myocardial infarction patients in 1,544 cases and 8 patients under 40 years of age, accounting for acute myocardial infarction in this age group The total incidence of infarction in 19 cases of 42.1%. In this paper, 8 cases of Ruijin Hospital from 1970 to 1982 were introduced in detail, and the cause was analyzed and discussed according to Cheithin classification.
