目的 :对四逆汤大孔树脂精制物 (以下简称四逆汤精制物 )进行实验研究。方法 :用D10 1大孔吸附树脂分离精制四逆汤 ,运用化学与药效学指标对精制物进行讨价。结果 :四逆汤精制物薄层层析图谱及HPLC图谱与四逆汤基本一致 ,并且能显著升高间羟胺处理小鼠血清一氧化氮含量。结论 :四逆汤精制物能保留四逆汤的有效成分
Objective : To conduct an experimental study on the macroreticular resin of Sini Tang (hereinafter referred to as Sini Decoction). Method : Separation and purification of Sini decoction with D10 1 macroporous resin, and the use of chemical and pharmacodynamic indicators to negotiate the refined product. Results : The TLC chromatogram and HPLC chromatogram of Sini Decoction were basically consistent with Sini Decoction, and it could significantly increase serum nitric oxide in mice treated with metanidamine. Conclusion : Sini Decoction can retain the active ingredients of Sini Decoction
