目的:探讨超声洁牙治疗前患者使用3%过氧化氢、0.12%氯己定及1%碘伏3种消毒漱口液含漱对降低口腔诊室空气细菌污染的效果。方法:将研究对象分为3%过氧化氢、0.12%氯己定、1%碘伏和蒸馏水4组,在志愿者头部离口腔30 cm处放置普通琼脂平板,用空气沉降法收集细菌5 min,采集诊室超声洁治前、洁治过程中及洁治完成后10 min的空气样本,进行细菌菌落计数。结果:3%过氧化氢、0.12%氯己定及1%碘伏3种漱口液均降低了超声洁治时空气中的细菌含量,但以1%碘伏和0.12%氯己定作用最强。在洁治完成10 min后,空气中仍有较多细菌,1%碘伏组在洁治后空气中细菌残留数最少。结论:超声波洁治前应该使用0.12%氯己定或1%碘伏消毒漱口液含漱1 min以减少空气中细菌污染,同时洁治后仍需要注意防护。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of gargle with 3 kinds of disinfectant gargle with 3% hydrogen peroxide, 0.12% chlorhexidine and 1% iodophor to reduce air pollution in oral clinic before ultrasonic dental cleaning. Methods: The subjects were divided into 3% hydrogen peroxide, 0.12% chlorhexidine, 1% iodine and distilled water 4 groups, placed in the head of the volunteers 30 cm away from the mouth of ordinary agar plate, collected by air sedimentation bacteria 5 min, collect the air samples before the ultrasonic cleaning in the clinic, during the clean treatment and 10 min after the clean treatment, and count the bacterial colonies. Results: Three kinds of gargle with 3% hydrogen peroxide, 0.12% chlorhexidine and 1% iodophor both reduced the airborne bacteria content in ultrasonic cleaning, but the effect of 1% iodophor and 0.12% chlorhexidine Strong. After the treatment was completed 10 min, there are still more bacteria in the air, 1% iodophyl group in the clean air after the bacteria in the least. Conclusion: Before cleaning with ultrasound, 0.12% chlorhexidine or 1% iodophor should be used for gargle for 1 min to reduce bacterial contamination in the air. At the same time, care should be taken after cleaning.
