本工作旨在观察血管升压素(AVP)对大鼠主动脉弓压力感受器活动的影响。全部实验是在隔离灌流的大鼠主动脉弓──主动脉神经标本上进行的。在25例标本,所得结果如下:(1)主动脉弓内压(IAP)在13.3kPa条件下,AVP(10-8mol/L)使主动脉神经传入放电积分(MNA)较对照增加40±4.7%(P<0.0001);升降IAP时,IANA随之增减,IANA-IAP关系曲线与对照相比向左上方移位,曲线最大积分值(PIV)由621±85增加至711±81%·kPa-1(P<0.01),但阈压(TP),饱和压(SP),工作范围(OR)和最大斜率(PS),均无明显变化(P>0.05);冲洗掉AVP后,主动脉神经传入放电基本恢复对照水平。(2)IAP在13.3kPa条件下,灌流液中加入V1受体拮抗剂d(CH2)5Tyr-(Me)AVP(10-7mol/L),8—10min后再加入AVP(10-8mol/L),则IANA不再变化,压力感受器机能曲线无明显移位。(3)在同一保持压条件下,灌流液中分别加入五个不同浓度的AVP(10-11-10-7mol/L),IANA分别为对照的190%,160%,150%,130%,1?
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of vasopressin (AVP) on baroreceptor activity in the aortic arch of rats. All experiments were performed on aortic arch-isolated aortic nerve specimens from isolated perfused rats. In 25 specimens, the results obtained are as follows: (1) Aortic arch internal pressure (IAP) AVP (10-8 mol / L) increased the afferent aortic firing integral number (MNA) by 40 ± 4 at 13.3 kPa .7% (P <0.0001).
