据报导,慢性阻塞性肺疾患(COPD)可引起心律失常。估计心律失常的发生率约31~47%(应用常规心电图)到89%(应用连续记录的心电图)。异丙肾上腺素是一种可能致心律失常的药物,已知在哮喘患者中可引起动脉血氧分压(PaO_2)减低。此药常用于治疗COPD和评价患者对支气管扩张剂治疗的反应。在肺功能试验的不同时间进行的各种呼吸动作(闭呼试验、屏息和呼气)均可引起PaO_2和心输出量减低。
It has been reported that chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) can cause arrhythmias. The estimated incidence of arrhythmia was about 31-47% (using conventional ECG) to 89% (using continuous recording of electrocardiogram). Isoproterenol, a potentially arrhythmogenic drug, is known to cause a decrease in arterial oxygen tension (PaO 2) in asthmatic patients. This medicine is commonly used in the treatment of COPD and to evaluate patients’ response to bronchodilator therapy. Various respiratory actions (breath test, breath holding and expiration) at different times of the pulmonary function test can cause PaO 2 and cardiac output to decrease.
