青少年运动员可塑性强,切不可片面追求运动成绩而进行单一的运动训练,造成身体畸形发展,影响健康成长,所以应对其训练应采取科学负责的态度。本文从青少年生长发育的规律、各运动素质的相互影响与发展、运动技能贮备、将来身体机能适应高强度大负荷的训练比赛与运动寿命的延长、意志品质的培养等方面论述了科学地进行全面身体训练对青少年运动员的作用。从青少年各运动素质发展的“敏感期”、建立广泛的运动技能、训练方法与运动负荷的安排、练习手段与培养训练兴趣、肌肉放松与运动恢复训练、培养良好心理品质等方面,阐述了科学进行青少年运动员全面身体训练的措施。
