“互联网﹢”时代的到来,是信息社会发展的必然结果。在社会条件发生变化的条件下,政府人事培训工作必须与时俱进,以适应行政管理和公共服务的新情况、新变化。运用互联网思维,推动政府人事培训工作创新是当前政府人事培训工作的重要课题。
“Internet + ” era, the inevitable result of the development of information society. Under the conditions of changes in social conditions, government personnel training must keep pace with the times so as to adapt to new situations and changes in administration and public services. The use of Internet thinking and promoting innovation in government personnel training are important topics for the government personnel training.
