The frequent occurrence of copyright disputes in the past two years has not only reflected the weak status of public copyright awareness on the one hand, but also revealed the lack of relevant copyright laws and regulations. Especially with the advent of the digital era, network infringement is more and more emergent. In 2010, Shanda Literature sued Baidu Library for infringement. On March 15, 2011, 50 writers such as Jia Pingwa and Han Han publicly released the “Chinese Writers’ Opinion on Baidu Books”. Two days later, the China Audio-Video Association’s Recording Working Committee openly supported the literary work of safeguarding human rights ; Rampant piracy also led to the rapid integration of digital music industry, the major music platform brewing late this year or early next year to achieve digital music download charges.
