运输机驾驶员座椅是运输机驾驶舱设计中一项重点内容,其主要包括驾驶员座椅参考点确定,座椅结构尺寸、调节行程和约束系统等人机工效设计参数。运输机驾驶员座椅人机工效设计首先定义了符合中国人体生理特征和人体尺寸的驾驶员舒适坐姿,并建立舒适坐姿二维简化模型,利用经验公式结合人体尺寸分析计算出座椅参考点、座椅调节行程、座椅约束系统参数范围等人机工效设计参数值,并进行了人机工效虚拟仿真。结果表明,运输机驾驶员座椅人机工效设计参数合理可行,对固定翼类运输机座椅设计具有一定的指导价值。
Transport driver’s seat is a key part of the design of transporter’s cockpit. It mainly includes the reference point of driver’s seat, the design of seat structure, the adjustment stroke and restraint system and other ergonomic design parameters. The ergonomics design of the transporter driver’s seat first defines the driver’s comfortable sitting position which meets Chinese human physiological characteristics and body size and establishes a comfortable two-dimensional simplified model for sitting posture. The reference formula of the seat is calculated by using empirical formula and body size analysis. Chair adjustment stroke, seat restraint system parameters such as ergonomic design parameters, and conducted a human-machine simulation of virtual. The results show that the ergonomics design parameters of the transporter driver seat are reasonable and feasible, which has certain guiding value for the design of the fixed wing transporter seat.
