近年来,随着人们生活质量要求的提高和茶叶对外贸易的扩大,涉及茶叶农药残留的质量安全问题日益凸显。当前,我国茶叶标准存在诸多问题,例如同一农药品种在国家强制标准和农业行业标准中存在差异,部分已经在用的农药未列入标准……这些相关标准并存、交叉、老化的问题对我国以卫生标准为基础的茶叶农药残留控制体系产生了一定的影响。新食品安全国家标准GB2763-2012《食品中农药最大残留限量》正是在这样的背景之下诞生的,它使涉茶的农药残留标准合并统一、修正完善,同时逐步丰富更新各项检测方法等配套项目,这将提升整个茶行业产品质量安全水平。
