为合理控制济淄天然气管道清管过程中的收球速度,基于清管器运行速度的准确计算,分别采用二次收球和调整收球流量的方法控制收球速度,规避清管器撞击盲板的风险。根据SY/T 5922-2003《天然气管道运行规范》,将清管器运行速度视为与天然气流速相同,推导出了运行速度测算公式,利用该公式测算出的理论值与实际值的最大相对误差不超过6%。通过对济淄管道16次清管作业的收球数据进行总结分析,结果表明:清管器质量越大,收球流量越大,接收到清管器的位置距离收球筒盲板越近,清管器撞击盲板的风险越大。研究成果和实践经验可为清管器速度控制提供依据。(图3,表2,参6)。
