以往谈及写字楼,人们总是首先想到高楼林立、车水马龙的中央商务区等繁华闹市街区,想到坐落于市中心核心位置上高耸入云、风格迥异的地标性建筑或建筑群。然而现在,当再次提起写字楼时,纵观市场的发展足迹,伴随着低密度、绿色空间、生态、园区式办公等概念的逐步普及,“边缘化”已悄然成为写字楼市场的一种趋势。
In the past when talking about office buildings, people always think of the bustling downtown blocks of high-rise buildings and busy central business districts.
