月见草 (Oenothera biennis L)为柳叶菜科Onagraceae月见草属植物。月见草油目前已被药用并进行了一些研究〔1～ 4〕。为探知详细的药学成分 ,本文作者对其营养成分进行了分析 ,尤其采用外标法进行 GC/MS/DS测定脂肪酸的绝对含量 ,方法准确 ,克服了以往采用相对法定量的不足。1
Evening primrose (Oenothera biennis L.) is a genus of evening flowers of the family Anabaaceae. Evening primrose oil is currently used medicinally and some research has been carried out [1–4]. In order to find out the detailed pharmaceutical ingredients, the author of this article analyzed the nutrients, especially the external standard method for GC/MS/DS determination of the absolute content of fatty acids, the method is accurate, and overcomes the shortcomings of using the relative method of quantitative. 1
