文章针对特大规格缆索制造过程中挤塑环节存在的各种技术难题和质量问题,以湖北黄冈大桥400丝以上缆索制造为例,通过对编索成型、挤塑、冷却过程中的工艺进行研究,总结并提出缆索制造过程中的工艺要点和技术改进方法。研究结果表明:特大规格缆索制造过程中应在编索成型后对缠包过程进行特殊处理或工艺改进,以控制或释放钢丝束内应力;对挤塑机模口进行优化设计,精确调整挤塑过程中的索型及模口位置,以防止炸丝现象的产生;使用专业设备对挤索全程进行PE厚度检测,以满足成品索体对PE层厚度的质量要求等。
