目的通过对2014年成都市健康教育机构人力资源状况进行分析,为进一步促进机构建设,优化健康教育人力资源配置提供理论依据。方法向成都市市、县级健康教育机构发放卫生部统一制定的《健康教育所(中心)基本情况调查表》,对其人力资源情况进行问卷调查。结果 2014年成都市共有22个健康教育机构,实际健康教育业务人员数为100人,其中专职业务人员数68人(68.0%);中青年为主,平均年龄为(38.4±9.4)岁;职称以初级和中级为主,高级职称的比例较低(5%);本科学历人员占48.0%,达到了全国健康教育工作规范相关要求;业务人员所学专业构成中,预防医学专业所占比例较小,仅为28.0%。结论成都市健康教育工作网络虽然健全,但相关专业人员缺乏,应尽快配置满足工作需要的人员数量,加大人力资源建设力度,有效促进健康教育事业的发展。
Objective To analyze the human resource status of health education institutions in Chengdu in 2014, and provide theoretical basis for further promoting institution building and optimizing human resources allocation in health education. Methods A questionnaire about the basic situation of health education center (center) uniformly developed by the Ministry of Health was distributed to the city and county health education institutions in Chengdu, and the human resource situation was investigated through questionnaire. Results In 2014, there were 22 health education institutions in Chengdu with a total of 100 actual health education practitioners, including 68 full-time employees (68.0%), middle-age and young adults with an average age of (38.4 ± 9.4) years, The primary and intermediate level, the lower the proportion of senior professional titles (5%); undergraduate education accounted for 48.0%, reaching the national health education norms related requirements; business professionals in the composition, the proportion of preventive medicine professionals Small, only 28.0%. Conclusions Although the network of health education in Chengdu is sound, the number of related professionals is short. The number of staffs who meet the needs of work should be allocated as soon as possible. The construction of human resources should be intensified to effectively promote the development of health education.
