目的:探索和建立一种同时测定工作场所空气中常见的正己烷、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、苯、甲苯、乙酸丁酯、乙苯、(对、间、邻)二甲苯、苯乙烯等11种有机毒物的气相色谱法。方法:采用程序升温,用INNOWAX毛细管柱,溶剂解吸-气相色谱法测定。结果:在所建立的实验条件下,11种毒物分离良好,加标回收率在86.0%~101%之间,方法检测限在0.5μg/ml~1.3μg/ml之间。在方法测定范围内相关系数均大于0.999。结论:该方法线性好,准确度较高,操作简便、快速,可同时测定作业场所中常见的11种共存有机毒物。
Objective: To explore and establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 11 kinds of n-hexane, acetone, ethyl acetate, benzene, toluene, butyl acetate, ethylbenzene, Organic Poison Gas Chromatography. Methods: The temperature was programmed and determined by INNOWAX capillary column and solvent desorption-gas chromatography. Results: Under the established experimental conditions, 11 kinds of poisons were separated well with recoveries of 86.0% -101%. The detection limits were between 0.5μg / ml and 1.3μg / ml. Correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999 in the method determination range. Conclusion: This method has good linearity, high accuracy, simple and rapid operation, and can simultaneously determine the 11 kinds of coexisting organic poisons commonly found in the workplace.
