中国联通县级分公司尽管是中国联通公司所属最小级别的经营管理机构,但其承担着发展联通的重要使命和实现收入的重任。为适应联通公司从数量规模型向规模效益型发展的趋势,县级分公司需要加强财务管理工作,提高财务人员业务水平,加强财务基础工作,建立健全财务制度,加强资金管理,以及有效控制财务风险。
Although China Unicom’s county-level branch is the smallest level of management and administration agency of China Unicom, it undertakes the important mission of developing China Unicom and the important task of realizing revenue. In order to meet the development trend of China Unicom from the scale of scale to the scale of benefit, the county branch needs to strengthen its financial management work, improve the financial staff’s professional level, strengthen the financial foundation work, establish and improve the financial system, strengthen fund management and effectively control the financial risk.
