《食品卫生法》自1995年10月30日正式颁布执行以来,随着执法的不断深入、全面,对《食品卫生法》部分条款中的个别词句的概念及运用,监督与被监督单位有着不同的理解。如《食品卫生法》第21条中的产地、规格;第25条中的检验合格证等词句就有着不同的解释,对此就个人的理解探讨如下:1 对《食品卫生法》第21条中“产地”一词句概念的理解与探讨1.1 “产地”一词《新华词典》的解释为:物品出产的地方。地方是指某一区域。
