目的研究头痛患者的球结膜微循环和甲襞微循环变化以指导、监测临床用药和治疗效应。方法头痛组84例 ,对照组50例 ,采用XTWY系列微循环彩色图象分析仪 ,观测BCM和NFM的血管形态 ,血液流态和血管周围状况三类指标。结果头痛患者的BCM观测积分 :血管形态7 .82±2 .14 ;血液流态3 .57±1 .31 ;血管周围状况1 .12±0 .36 ;综合积分11 .28±3 .66 ,与正常组比较差异显著 (P<0 .05~0 .01)。NFM观测积分 :管襻形态2 .12±1.08 ;血液流态1 .26±0 .51 ;管襻周围状况1 .87±0 .63 ,综合积分2 .96±1 .09 ,与正常组对照有显著性意义 (P<0 .05~0.01)。结论头痛患者的BCM和NFM均有显著改变。提示 :头痛患者有微循环障碍。BCM以血管形态和血液流态异常为主 ;NFM以管襻口径和襻周异常改变显著
Objective To study the change of bulbar conjunctiva microcirculation and formazan microcirculation in headache patients to guide and monitor clinical medication and therapeutic effect. Methods Eighty-four patients in the headache group and 50 in the control group were enrolled in this study. The XTWY series microcirculation color image analyzer was used to observe the vascular morphology, blood flow and perivascular conditions of BCM and NFM. Results BCM score of headache patients: blood vessel morphology 7 .82 ± 2 .14; blood flow pattern 3 .57 ± 1 .31; perivascular status 1 .12 ± 0.36; integrated score 11.28 ± 3.66, Compared with the normal group, the difference was significant (P <0 .05-0.01). The score of NFM was 2.12 ± 1.08 in tube loop, 1.26 ± 0.51 in blood flow, 1.87 ± 0.63 in tube loop, and 2.96 ± 1.09 in integral with control group There was significant (P <0 .05 ~ 0.01). Conclusions There is a significant change in BCM and NFM in headache patients. Tip: headache patients have microcirculation. BCM mainly vascular morphology and abnormal blood flow; NFM tubal caliber and abnormalities were significantly changed
