在CSMC 0.5μm混合工艺下,采用开关控制法设计了一种三角波振荡器。输出的三角波周期为1.25μs,并且生成大小10.5μA,在-50~150℃温漂系数为-161.2ppm/℃和大小21.5μA,温漂为145ppm/℃的恒流源。该振荡器具有可重用性高的优点。实验结果表明该振荡器能输出845k Hz的三角波振荡波形,在700KHz-1000KHz之间都可正常工作。电路性能满足使用要求。
In the CSMC 0.5μm hybrid process, a triangular wave oscillator was designed by using the switch control method. The output triangular wave period was 1.25 μs and generated a constant current source of 10.5 μA in size with a temperature coefficient of -161.2 ppm / ° C and a size of 21.5 μA at -50 to 150 ° C and a temperature drift of 145 ppm / ° C. This oscillator has the advantage of high reusability.
