为寻求出厂检验环节的最优运行策略,应用Jackson排队网络理论,研究了出厂检验环节检验设备、运输车辆及抽检人员的资源配置优化问题。根据制造企业实地调研,将产品的出厂检验过程抽象为一个Jackson排队网络,并对出厂检验过程进行网络化描述。以系统成本最低为目标建立了Jackson排队网络的资源优化模型,并给出了递推优化流程。最后的算例表明,将Jackson排队网络理论应用于制造系统资源配置优化使出厂检验环节达到动态最优,是有效可行的。
In order to find out the optimal operation strategy of the factory inspection, this paper applies the Jackson queuing network theory to study the resource allocation optimization of inspection equipment, transport vehicles and sampling staff in the factory inspection. According to the field investigation of the manufacturing enterprise, the factory inspection process of the product is abstracted as a Jackson queuing network, and the factory inspection process is described in a network. Aiming at the lowest system cost, a resource optimization model of Jackson queuing network is established and a recursive optimization process is given. The last example shows that it is feasible and effective to apply the theory of Jackson queuing network to optimization of resource allocation in manufacturing system so that the factory inspection can be optimized dynamically.
