为提高食品的包装速度和包装质量,提升包装机械的自动化水平。针对全自动食品包装机基本结构和关键运动过程,设计了一种以触摸屏和基于DSP为核心的自动包装机控制系统,并详细论述了基于DSP的通用运动控制器硬件结构。最后,在硬件结构的基础上,开了与之配套的全自动食品包装机运动控制系统软件。该控制系统可以满足自动包装机的运动控制要求,能够提高包装质量、精度和效率,降低次品率。所述控制系统具有较高的可靠性和可维护性,满足了客户的实际使用要求
To improve the speed of food packaging and packaging quality, improve the level of automation of packaging machinery. Aiming at the basic structure and key movement process of automatic food packaging machine, a control system of automatic packaging machine based on DSP and touch screen is designed. The hardware structure of universal motion controller based on DSP is discussed in detail. Finally, on the basis of the hardware structure, opened a complete automatic food packaging machine motion control system software. The control system meets the motion control requirements of the automatic packaging machine, which can improve the packaging quality, accuracy and efficiency and reduce the defective rate. The control system has high reliability and maintainability to meet the actual requirements of customers
