目的了解健康体检妇女HPV的感染情况及各亚型分布情况,为预防感染提供临床资料(HPV检测的优势亚型,为宫颈癌疫苗的研发和本地区投放应用提供依据).方法对体检女性宫颈脱落细胞应用基因芯片技术进行HPV亚型检测并分析其感染率.结果检测的15063例标本中,HPV阳性标本为1852例,阳性率为12.30%.高危HPV感染率由高到低的前5位HPV亚型依次为HPV16(20.91%),52(14.56%),58(10.19%),53(9.23%),31(7.13%).低危HPV感染率由高到低的前3位高危型HPV亚型依次为HPV81(52.46%)、HPV11(22.40%)、HPV6(15.85%).HPV在人群中所占的比率合计占11.08%,而低危亚型仅占1.21%.HPV多重感染与宫颈癌FIGO分期及分化程度呈现相关关系.结论健康体检女性中有相当比例感染高危型HPV,对体检女性进行HPV DNA检测及分型有重要意义.HPV多重感染同宫颈癌发病具有相关性,可能是宫颈癌发病及进展的高危因素.“,”Objective To evaluate prevalence of human papillomavirus(HPV) infection and genotypes of the virus in women who underwent health checkup in order to provide the information for cervical cancer vaccine research.Method HPV DNA was determined from the cervical epithelium of women by means of gene chip technique.The overall HPV prevalence and age distribution in women were analyzed.Results Of 15063 woman,1852 was HPV-positive(12.30%).The high-risk HPV subtypes found in descending order of frequency was HPV16(20.91%),52(14.56%),58(10.19%),53(9.23%),31(7.13%).The low-risk HPV subtypes found in descending order of frequency was HPV81(52.46%)、HPV11(22.40%)、HPV6(15.85%).The total of the high-risk HPV types in the proportion of the population accounted for 11.08%,while only 1.21% of low-risk types.Multiple infection HPV was correlative with FIGO stage and differentiation of uterine cervix cancer.Conclusion Gene chip technique detects a high prevalence of HPV in the women who underwent health checkup Multiple infection HPV was correlative with uterine cervix cancer,that maybe was high risk factor of genesis and progression in uterine cervix cancer.
