随着对新课改的推进,素质教育的理念也逐渐被人们所接受,人们的关注焦点更多的放到了教学的整个过程上,而不仅仅是学生的成绩,也更加强调一个学科单独拥有的教学功能,即学科的功能性。小学作为学生学习生涯的开端,学生的各项能力都在这个阶段萌发,是一个奠基的重要阶段,学科的功能性增强有利于小学生能力的充分表现出来,有利于学生的全面发展。而在小学的所有学科中,语文的学科功能性相对较强,涉及范围广泛,包括学生的阅读、思考、理解和口语交际,其中口语交际是学生在人际交流过程最基础的能力,需要对其着重培养。我将通过本文浅谈小学语文口语交际课程目标的设计研究。
