振动压路机的振动轴承是支撑振动轮的主要部件之一,振动轴承的性能是影响振动压路机工作装置———振动轮可靠性的重要因素。针对振动压路机振动轴承早期失效故障,从振动轴承的保持架材料及引导方式,润滑油的黏度及清洁度,轴承工作游隙及同轴度等方面进行分析,确定导致振动轴承早期失效的主要原因,并提出相应的改进措施。实践证明,改进措施可提高振动轴承的可靠性和使用寿命,保证振动轮的可靠性。
