轨道轮对系统是机车滚动试验台的关键部分,轨道轮是轨道轮对系统中直接承力部件,直接影响机车滚动试验台的可靠性及安全性。针对目前分体式轨道轮的两种结构形式进行比较及仿真分析,分析结果表明:在合理选择轮箍与轮心过盈量的前提下,辐条式轨道轮可以满足和谐机车试验要求;在不增加轨道轮重量的情况下,辐板式轨道轮受力情况优于辐条式。
The track wheelset system is a key part of the locomotive rolling test bench. The track wheel is a direct load bearing component of the track wheelset system, which directly affects the reliability and safety of locomotive rolling test bench. According to the comparison and simulation analysis of the two kinds of structural forms of the split orbital wheel at present, the analysis results show that the spoke orbital wheel can meet the requirements of the harmonic locomotive test under the reasonable choice of the interference of wheel hub and wheel center; Under the condition of the weight of the track wheel, the stress of the spoke plate wheel is better than that of the spoke type.
