特种兵体能训练方法是指特种兵为完成训练、技战术任务、达到提高身体素质,增强体能强度的目的而采用的途径和方法。体能训练的分类:体能训练的练习分类有以下三种:按基本活动机能,可分为走、跑、跳越、攀登、支撑、负重等练习;按身体素质,可分为速度、灵敏、耐力、力量等练习;按人体解剖结构,可分为上肢、下肢、躯干、头颈和全身等练习。
