在节瓜强雌系A43叶期和4叶期分别喷施赤霉素15mmol/L和蒸馏水后,对不同叶期茎尖的内源GA3、ABA、乙烯水平及真叶过氧化物酶活性变化测定,结果表明:赤霉素处理与蒸馏水处理相比,茎尖的内源GA3含量变化动态相似,至17叶期时两者含量相近;内源ABA含量变化动态相似,10叶期后,蒸馏水处理的内源ABA含量较高,ABA可能对花性转变影响不大;内源乙烯水平变化动态处理间有差异,3~4叶期是节瓜植株性别分化的关键时期,但此期赤霉素处理的内源乙烯水平低于蒸馏水处理,表明乙烯有促进节瓜雌性分化作用;蒸馏水处理真叶的过氧化物酶活性高于赤霉素处理,表明真叶的过氧化物酶活性对促进节瓜雌性分化有一定作用。
