目的分析血清cystatin C对2型糖尿病肾病患者的诊断价值。方法收集2型糖尿病患者160例,对照组为50例健康体检者,采用乳胶颗粒增强免疫比浊法测定血清cystatin C浓度,并进行分析。结果 1血清cystatin C浓度在微量白蛋白尿组、大量蛋白尿组均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2血清cystatin C随着年龄的增高其平均水平有上升的趋势,且在60岁以后增高有统计学意义;3以对照组的(+2s)为阳性界值,血清cystatin C阳性率均高于同组BUN和Scr阳性率(P<0.05)。4血清cystatin C、Scr与UAER成正相关。结论血清cystatin C是一个较敏感的反映早期糖尿病肾病肾小球损伤的指标。联合检测UAER和血清cystatin C有利于早期发现糖尿病肾损害,并进行早期干预。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of serum cystatin C in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods 160 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 50 healthy controls were enrolled in this study. Serum cystatin C concentration was measured by latex particle-enhanced immunoturbidimetry and analyzed. Results 1 Serum cystatin C concentration in the microalbuminuria group, a large number of proteinuria group were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); 2 serum cystatin C with increasing age, the average level of the upward trend (P <0.05). The positive rate of serum cystatin C in the control group (+ 2s) was higher than that in the same group (P <0.05). Serum cystatin C, Scr and UAER were positively correlated. Conclusion Serum cystatin C is a sensitive indicator of glomerular injury in early diabetic nephropathy. Joint detection of UAER and serum cystatin C is beneficial for early detection of diabetic kidney damage and for early intervention.
