根据东坡煤矿912工作面煤体出水及治理复产工作,研究了综放工作面煤体出水的治理技术。制定了工作面出水后的处理思路,分析了912工作面煤体出水的水源和通道,研究了煤体出水的机理和特点,设计了注浆堵水的方案,实现了工作面跨断层回采。研究认为,综放工作面煤层出水后,先停采查明水源和通道,并根据煤体出水未揭露构造带、水量小的特点,由远及近布置注浆孔,最后在支架下采用水泥-水玻璃双液浆封堵出水口裂隙,再对断层带进行全面加固后,工作面可迅速复产并安全推过断层带。
According to the water outflow from coal bed in No.912 working face in Dongpo Coal Mine and the remediation work, the treatment technology of coal effluent in fully mechanized coal caving face is studied. The treatment ideas after working out of the working face were formulated. The water sources and passages of water outflow from coal face 912 were analyzed. The mechanism and characteristics of water outflow from coal body were researched. The scheme of grouting and water blocking was designed and the cross-fault mining of working face was realized. The study shows that after the coal seam of the fully mechanized top coal caving face is discharged, the water source and the channel are stopped and stopped. According to the characteristics that the coal body water is not exposed and the water quantity is small, the grouting holes are arranged far and near, and the cement - Water glass double slurry to plug the water outlet cracks, and then fully reinforced the fault zone, the face can quickly re-production and push through the fault zone.
