1985年“广场协议”签订后,日本企业借日元升值和经济泡沫的叠加效应,大举向外扩张,并一度出现“购买全球”的势头。当前,我国企业“走出去”的规模不断扩大,跨国并购面临的外部环境较为复杂,与当时日本企业的跨国并购有诸多相似之处。因此,分析和研究日本企业“走出去”的经验与教训,对我国加快对外投资步伐、正确引导企业“走出去”具有重要的借鉴意义。
After the signing of the “Plaza Accord” in 1985, Japanese enterprises expanded aggressively with the superposition effect of the appreciation of the Japanese Yen and the economic bubble, and the momentum of “buying the world” once appeared. At present, the scale of Chinese enterprises’ “going global” is constantly expanding, and the external environment confronting multinational mergers and acquisitions is rather complicated. At the time, there are many similarities between the cross-border mergers and acquisitions of Japanese enterprises. Therefore, analyzing and studying the experiences and lessons learned from the “going out” of Japanese enterprises is of great significance to our country in accelerating the pace of foreign investment and correctly guiding enterprises to “go global.”
