新一轮高中课程改革对广大高中教师的课程理念、知识和能力结构、教学行为等提出了新的要求,同时也给高师院校提出了前所未有的挑战,虽然高师院校为了顺应高中课程改革对新型教师的要求,已采取了一系列的改革措施,但从改革效果来看,高师院校仍然没能摆脱传统教育思想的束缚,依旧“穿新鞋走老路”。本文针对高中课程改革时教师提出的新要求,通过实行课程设置、教学内容、教学方法、等方面的系列化改革实现教学目标。
The new round of high school curriculum reform put forward new requirements to the general high school teacher’s curriculum concept, knowledge and ability structure, teaching behavior and so on. At the same time, it also poses an unprecedented challenge to the higher normal colleges and universities. In order to comply with the reform of senior high school curriculum, The requirements of the new teachers have taken a series of reform measures. However, from the perspective of the reform, normal colleges and universities still fail to get rid of the shackles of traditional education and still use the old ways of wearing new shoes. This article aims at the new requirements put forward by the teachers in high school curriculum reform and realizes the teaching goal through the serialization reform of curriculum setup, teaching content, teaching methods and so on.
