概要介绍了某寒冷地区一宾馆空调工程设计 ,对采用水路温度自控阀的新风系统中热盘管冻裂事故进行了考察分析。认为盘管内水流速过低、水在管内形成层流是造成冻结的主要原因。采取了缩小阀门口径、增加自控设施、改变加热盘管供回水接管方向等措施 ,使热盘管内水流速始终处于紊流区 ,从而解决了问题
This paper introduces the design of air conditioning project in a hotel in a cold area, and investigates and analyzes the cracking of hot coil in fresh air system using water temperature automatic control valve. It is considered that the water flow rate in the coil is too low, and the formation of laminar flow in the tube is the main cause of freezing. Taking measures to reduce the valve size, increase the self-control facilities, and change the direction of the heating coil for water supply and return, the water flow rate in the hot coil is always in the turbulent flow area, thereby solving the problem
