报告应用分子杂交技术,分析14例头颈肿瘤组织中多药耐受基因MDR1的基因转录水平结果显示,50%(7/14)头颈肿肩的MDR1表达水平与正常组织相一致,处于低表达状态;36%(5/14)处于较低表达状态;14%(2/14)处于高表达状态,表明检测肿瘤MDR1基因表达水平能较灵敏地反映头颈部肿瘤对化疗药物的耐受性,对临床化疗具有指导意义。
Reported the use of molecular hybridization techniques to analyze the gene transcription levels of multidrug resistance gene MDR1 in 14 cases of head and neck tumors. The results showed that 50% (7/14) head and neck swelling shoulder MDR1 expression levels consistent with normal tissue, in a low expression state 36% (5/14) were in a low expression state; 14% (2/14) were in a high expression state, indicating that the detection of tumor MDR1 gene expression level can more sensitively reflect the head and neck tumor tolerance to chemotherapeutic drugs. It has guiding significance for clinical chemotherapy.
